Raised in the Midwest, but not contained. My horizons were expanded where I soaked up different cultures and experiences, gaining vast perspectives. 

With each exploration, I was always fascinated by the inner workings of people more than what was on the surface. Specifically taking notice of the way thoughts and behaviors shaped life experiences. This passion grew as I began to understand the direct correlations to the actions behind remarkable outcomes.

Remarkable meaning that the actions are so potent that they get people talking.

Remarks can be positive or negative but the impact is noticed. This observation obsession eventually turned me into a skillful curator of approaches that consistently produce outcomes of significance through continuous study, spanning three decades.

Although some are reluctant to acknowledge the direct cause-and-effect relationship (aka fixed beliefs), I love unraveling this when a willingness to explore opens. Because of this, I place a high value on personal growth, intellectual exploration, and continuous wonder. I believe excellence is a worthy pursuit. (Not to be confused with perfection as these are two very different camps.)

My experiences rarely fit in with the status quo.

PROFESSIONALLY:

I was fortunate enough to train inside of three organizations that mass-produced champions. Over 80% of the individual quota carriers exceeded their metrics consistently. These companies also had very high customer retention rates, both internally and externally. Meltwater, Paycom, and GlaxoSmithKline were consistent in the way they modeled their operational excellence. Their approaches were vastly different from the fifteen other organizations I was intimately exposed to. Corporate training sessions are tailored to how companies create environments that produce sustainable growth.

LIFE:

I was in search for the BEST answers to some of life’s toughest questions. I stumbled into a church that modeled biblical design. They provided vast opportunities to freely train under exceptional leaders in some of life’s most important disciplines. Their approaches have proven to be highly effective and efficient, built on a foundation that provides proof-positive outcomes, without fail. Topics ranged from relationships, the motivations that drive success, financial management principles, business and leadership practices, trauma training, and unique professionalism strategies. Recent Barna data reveals less than 1% of churches are prioritizing the intended design for remarkable reach. The opportunities for greater impact are truly abundant.

SPIRITUALLY:

I took a page from King Solomon’s book, aka the wisest to ever live, making divine wisdom my greatest desire. My mind is continuously blown as a result. :)

ALL ELSE:

My mentor list has grown to over 100 strong. I’ve been curating remarkable insights for the past three decades from the best of the best in their chosen disciplines. The most transformative has been put into bite-size snapshots and reimagined with practical applications that pack a punch, without all the unnecessary noise.
